Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also featured in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
